1. Who We Are

Nick Creator ("we", "our", or "us") operates this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@nickcreator.com. This policy explains what data we handle and the choices you have.

2. Tool Input Stays on Your Device

Every tool on this site runs locally in your browser. What you type, enter, or generate is processed on your device. It is not sent to our servers, not stored by us, and not read by us. There is no account system, so we cannot link tool usage to a person.

3. Server Logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, request time, URL, browser type, and referrer. Logs are kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, such as rate limiting and abuse prevention. They are not used to profile you.

4. Analytics Cookies, Only With Your Consent

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate country, device, referrer, and, in Clarity, session recordings and heatmaps. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers (such as _ga and _clck) that recognize your browser.

Nothing is switched on until you decide. On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics cookies. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and both tools stay in their reduced, cookieless mode. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage, which is strictly necessary to remember the decision itself. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Clarity recordings show how pages are used. We do not use them to collect the content you enter into tools or to build profiles of visitors.

5. Third Parties and International Transfers

If you accept analytics, data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) in the United States. Transfers from the EEA and UK rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. This site also loads front-end libraries from a public CDN, so that provider sees standard technical request data, as any web server does. We do not sell data and we do not embed advertising networks.

6. How Long Data Is Kept

Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Google Analytics data is retained for at most 14 months. Clarity data is retained under Microsoft's policy for Clarity. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear site data.

7. Your Rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" or by clearing site data. Because we have no accounts, we may ask for the approximate time of your visit and your IP address to locate any data about you. Send requests to hello@nickcreator.com and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot locate data about you, we will tell you so.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date. Material changes are noted on the homepage.
